Our Corrugated Galvanized Iron (CGI) sheets are being produced as per JIS G3302 and equivalent international standards.The product is also available as per customer's specifications.
Specifications - Quality : Hard Quality, Base Metal Thicknes : 0.11-0.50,
Zinc Coating : 90-350 Gms./Sqm, Length of GP/GC Sheet : 3048 mm Max. Width of G.P. Sheets : 750-1000 mm.
Packaging: The CR/GP sheets are packed in 1 to 3 MT bundle weight on wooden skids,completely wrapped in polythene/HDPE sheets and enveloped woth galvanized steel sheet all over. The packed sheets on wooden skid are secured with high tensile metal strapping adequate enough to withstand extreme rough handling by road/rail/sea transport.
* Our sheets are looking shinning on both sides as we are using special POT Chemistry * There is regular and uniform spangles on both sides of the sheet as we are controlling the coating by ultra modern sophisticated air knife * Our sheet is durable and strong enough as we are using high reduction rolling technology * Our sheets are very strong against environmental hazards in wet weather condition as both sudes of sheet are roller coated with uniform layer of cromic acid. *** We have been exporting our steel products to many countries of the world including China, U.A.E., Sri Lanka, Singpore, Ginie, Ghana, Senegal, Siera Lion, Uganda, Angola, Mozambik and many more.... |
